True Colours Thursday - SKYE BLUE!

Last week I wrote about Little Precious Bear arriving from Singapore.

Well, she did not arrive alone!

Along with her came a special keyring, Miss Bonnie in her SKYE BLUE dress...

Mother attached her to her Quartz Crystal point & door key straightaway.

They have been inseparable ever since.

Now, I know some Bloggers disregard Teddy Bear blogs!

And, a few, even go as far, as to wonder about poor Mothers mental health re helping me post!!!

This is my latest Bear related effort...

Mother photographed this fine fellow of a door-stop last Autumn, whilst holidaying in Barmouth, a Welsh town, that I know is close to Aileni's heart.

He, the bear, not Aileni - LOL - graced the entrance of the Ty'r Graig Castle Hotel, where she stayed.

I believe she is heading back to there again this September.

Something to do with WELTAF and those feisty Welsh Terriers she's so darn fond of!

Monochrome Monday - On the Road!

Mother is @ last heading home today!
Hurrah!
However, I do personally think these youngsters have the right idea...Surely, it is now time, we, as in the household hug, went on holiday.
We, will though, certainly need a larger VW Camper-van than theirs.
And, I am not too sure about the surfing!

I think this fellow would have made a fine addition to our garden...Do not understand why Mother did not smuggle him home in her suitcase, when she returned from visiting friends last week!

All WARM & Cosy!

The prompt for this weeks Saturday Photo Hunters challenge was warm!

I thoughtfully, pointed out to Mother, she need look no further, than me, keeping warm in my own cosy fleece bear blanket, during the recent inclement cold weather...

But, she said she did not believe the serious adults of this meme would appreciate me!

I am sure, she is very wrong.

Who could not resist me, all snuggled up???

D is for Dinning!

The letter D for today's alphabet meme, very nearly defeated me.
I had grown despondent.
My day dreams of distinguished dens, being just that, distant dreams.
And, I did not want to dwell on the dragons, forgive me Dragonstar or the deep dungeons in my dark past either.
Then, fine dinning @ dinnertime, yesterday...It dawned on me, I had my distinctive dinner dish to display...Actually, it was originally, dear Mothers!
Do not doubt, that it is now, a desirable collectible, dating as it does to the 1950's decade.
The down under connection, I am dubious about.
But, definitely, do hope those recent dastardly & deadly fires have been defeated.

C is for...!

I have decided to contribute to the ABC challenge again!
Cause, excuse my lapse into colloquial English - C can only stand for my very own confectionery container...What does it contain?
Candies - No!
Chocolates, but not just any old chocolates...A collective of Chocolate Bears.
Now being a caring character, I was initially concerned about consuming these little chappies...But, after careful consideration, I decide I could with a clear conscious as cannot have them creating havoc in the greater Hug!
