The clouds darkened and the thunder 'boomed' out...
I have never seen Mother move sooooooooooooooo fast!
She was out of the front door before I could say, "the Bear!"
A little damp, she returned with him.
He was a bit subdued and needed a good toweling down...
As Buttons suggested, Mother has posted his picture in the vicinity she retrieved him from.
But, if no-one comes forward, we will of course, adopt him into the Hug!
And, to make him feel @ home, I have already christened him Stewart, as the tartan on his scarf looks rather Royal!
Now, if he stays, he will become Mothers third 'rescuee' from the WILD.
Now, if he stays, he will become Mothers third 'rescuee' from the WILD.
'Wheelie' pup Bailey was first - she discovered him abandoned on a street corner being tormented by youths on bikes...Mother had 'Lost' posters for him all over the neighbourhood for weeks.
Next came Skipper, found languishing in a house clearence rubbish skip...
These two, are now best buddies...
They sometimes test my patience, as not very respectful of my senior years and superior position, however am sure Stewart will know his place.

Hi Woodstock,
Stewart looks like a nice bear, not one to usurp your position in the hug. I hope he gets to stay.
Love,
Aunt BJ
Bless your mom for racing out and saving him before the thunder boomers started! Stewart now has a good home and new friends for life!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Woodstock,
I'm glad your mother was able to get Stewart out of the rain.
I kind of hope the foundling is not claimed too. If he stays he'll assimilate into your hug nicely. You'll be able to help him recover from his recent trauma.

Hello Woodstock. Glad your mom saved Stewart in time! What a nasty shock it was for him! From July 1st till 6th, we were in England and we also got a thunderstorm. Now we are back in Spain, and guess what, we got another thunderstorm here as well!
